Position
Foundations as standard. Optimisation when it earns its place.
We build every site so that search engines can crawl it, people can use it and analytics can measure it. That is the foundation, and it is included.
What we will not do is promise rankings, or imply that a monthly retainer quietly includes a full content and link-building programme. When deeper search work is worth doing, we scope it separately and tell you what it involves.

Aimed at WCAG 2.2 AA as a working standard. Where a site has a formal compliance requirement, we test against it explicitly rather than assume.

Sessions are not the point. What matters is which schemes drew attention, which brochures were taken, and which enquiries came from where.
- Enquiries by property and by scheme
- Brochure downloads as tracked conversions
- Campaign attribution through to enquiry
- Which units get looked at, and for how long
- Search visibility for scheme and location terms

Honest answers
What we will and will not promise.
No, and neither can anyone else. What we can do is remove the technical reasons a site fails to rank, structure property and scheme pages properly, and set up Search Console so visibility is measured rather than guessed at.
The technical foundations are, and they are maintained. A full ongoing programme — keyword research, content production, digital PR, link acquisition — is a separate piece of work with its own scope and cost. We will say so plainly rather than let it be assumed.
We map the old URLs to the new ones and put permanent redirects in place before launch, keep the page structure sensible, and watch Search Console afterwards. Migrations lose visibility when nobody plans the redirects — so we plan them.
Yes, as part of the build. Enquiries, brochure downloads, phone and email clicks are configured as conversions so the reporting means something from day one.
