Fully Managed. You send the changes. We make them. Nobody on your side needs a WordPress login, or the memory of how the availability schedule works.

The things worth knowing before you hand a website over.

Routine updates — availability, status changes, a new brochure, a replaced floorplan — are usually done the same working day, and always by the next one. If something is time-critical, say so in the email and we will treat it that way.

There is no ticket allowance. Fully Managed covers the ordinary running of a property website, however busy the quarter happens to be. What sits outside it is new functionality, a redesign, or a substantial standalone project — and we would scope and quote that before starting.

Then Website + Care is the right plan. The admin is built to be used, and we will show your team how it works. You keep control of the content; we keep the platform secure, updated, backed up and monitored. Anything you would rather hand over is quoted as it comes up.

Yes, in either direction. Teams often start on Website + Care and move to Fully Managed once they see how often the site actually needs attention.

You do. The design, the content and the data are yours, and they leave with you if you ever decide to go elsewhere.

Regularly. We can take responsibility for the website alone and sit alongside whoever handles the rest of your marketing, brand or infrastructure.
